This is a mail-in rebate, post purchase. The participating stores are amazon.com, drugstore.com, BBB and Target.
I found the best price at amazon.com and just got myself a professional care smartseries 4000 for $82.xx which would be end up being $41.xx after I get the 50% back in mail.
