Only choice at those stores is Turbo, which is usually fine. Though the Complete Air Protect booster MAY be at Target, I've seen it at Walmart, it needs a headrest behind it, but it looks pretty head-protective for the sidewings.
Run far and fast from the Evenflo Big Kid or Cosco Pronto...too flimsy.
