I'm in MA, tried the one on Methuen by the Loop today and they weren't there. Anyone seen them in Woburn or Salem, NH? Would LOVE to get some!

I did see them in Natick, but that was last Tuesday. I can try and find the DPCI (i.e. receipt number) for you.

There were some in the Halloween section at the Danvers store over the weekend.

None in Milford. Still have to check Westboro/Marlboro.

Sounds like I'll be trying to get to Natick soon.

I was at Natick today and did not see any in the Halloween section near the checkout. I didn't check the costumes section.

Ugh, none at the Woburn Target yet. Called the Burlington Lego store and she said they were completely sold out, *might* be getting a shipment in on Monday but she wasn't sure.

TRU won't be carrying these, will they?

Yes, Toys R Us does carry them. They are $2.99; however, like everywhere else, they are hard to find.

Had them in Marlboro! I stood there and did the bar code comparison.... ugh, I think I almost did go blind, LOL! Hopefully I got all 16.

Which reminds me - 16 @ $2.99 is $47.84, plus tax. That is INSANE of me. I blame you all. :bouncy:

That stinks that Target jacked up the price, they were just $1.99 last week! :(

Found them at the TRU in Salem, NH! Stood there forEVER, I'm pretty sure I got all 16. They are 2.99 there but they're having a buy 2 get the 3rd free on ALL lego things, so I think I ended up paying like $35 for all 16.
HTH!

I saw series 2 minifigures at Five Below in Stoughton today. They were with the other Legos (Space Police, World Racers etc) in the toy section. $1.99, maybe 15-20 packages?

HTH someone.

Braintree MA Store had them today.

They also had these: Halloween sets for $1.99 or 3 for $4.99...they are pretty simple and you probably could make the with the bricks you own but maybe fun for Halloween there is a pumpkin, bat and ghost
http://shop.lego.com/ByCategory/Product.aspx?p=40012&cn=225&d=292

And there is a bagged Turkey Set for $4.99

and a bunny for $1.99 (Easter!)
http://shop.lego.com/ByTheme/Product.aspx?p=40005&cn=61&d=100

I spent way too much but since it was double VIP points, I think I'm justified...I got 2 Winter Themed Sets :)

I'm loving those winter themed sets. Do you know why they're listed for ages 12+? I wonder if DH and I could work on it together with the kids. It would be a nice family activity.

I don't know why they say 12 and up. I'm thinking b/c they have a lot of pieces (over 600 - the toy shop is over 800)? I'll probably do them with DH and DD and maybe leave them out for display on the mantle for the holidays, depending on how intricate it is to put together.

I do think it's a good activity. DD loves picking out the pieces for us and we usually do the building on these more difficult sets (we've done: Apple Tree House that way http://shop.lego.com/ByTheme/Product.aspx?p=5891&cn=348) and the Family Home http://shop.lego.com/ByTheme/Product.aspx?p=6754&cn=348) or DH points to where the brick goes and she helps.
