Baking with frozen blueberries - thaw first?

I want to make baked oatmeal and muffins with frozen blueberries. Do I need to thaw the blueberries first?

I just toss them in frozen - never have had a problem. :)

I was making blueberry muffins recently from a recipe I grabbed online. In the hints it said to use frozen blueberries so they don't sink to the bottom. I didn't have frozen ones on hand but my next batch- will be with frozen!

Frozen works great, but they do have a lot of water in them, so you might want to take that into account (like cut back on the milk).
