Got my Canvas.com order and....

Hi,

I bought the Groupon deal for canvasondemand.com and just received my canvas. It is amazing!! I did one of both my kids, and it is too small to put on the large wall by itself. Now I want one of each of them alone to do a grouping. I need a GREAT canvas deal...anyone hear of any???

don't have a good deal but wanted to say I got mine as well. Although I upgraded to the 24X36 and it's big but looks great on the wall. I'm impressed with the quality, especially for that large of a picture. I'm definitely going to be on the lookout for more bargains. I think they do groupon fairly regularly, just have to find out which city has it!

I didn't think of that! I just assumed that you could only get the 16x20. Good thinking. Anyway, I just found this site that lists all the Groupons for the whole country, and it is updated daily:

I'll just warn you that not all canvas places have the same quality prints. If you're going to group them, you'll probably want to get them all from the same company, for consistency.

Thanks for commenting on the quality of the canvas.com prints - I'm always on the fence about that deal and have never jumped in since I wasn't sure about quality, so it's good to know that they are nice.

I heard that you can go to Groupon.com and request that a deal be brought back too. Not sure how to do it, but I'm going to check into it because I want another canvasondemand deal too! My friend already got hers and she loves it. Still waiting for mine.

The 16x20 picture it on canvas deal that's currently listed for sioux falls looks good. I have ordered from them before. The quality was good, and their customer service is good if you have any problems.

Now I know how/why we have a new piece of artwork... my husband does groupon. A few days ago, a "pre-anniversary" gift showed up from our daughter to "mommy and daddy". It is a gorgeous canvas of my daughter - we love this picture so much, it's the background for my computer and it's my husband's facebook profile picture. Seriously, the quality is fabulous.

If groupon has a deal again, I'd jump on it. Think of all the great Christmas gifts you could get with it.

The image probably didn't lend itself to a 16x20 crop easily. 16x24 is the same ratio as 4x6, so some pictures do better as 16x24 than 16x20.

I ordered from personalizationmall.com and got 24x36 shipped for under $60 with great quality. Right now it is $50 plus $7 extra shipping plus regular shipping but they have regular deals and free regular shipping some times. This size is significantly larger than 16x20.

(I just wanted to point this out because sometimes the groupon deals are only okay. Or I know something costs 150 and the advertised deal says 50% off at $100 which isn't true and makes something less than a great deal when other coupons might be available regularly.)
