Uppababy.com -- good review

I bought my Vista from an online retailer in early 2009. Had a slight problem with it and emailed customer service.

Got a quick response. They fedexed the replacement part the same day. Didn't ask for where I bought it or if I was the original owner even though their site says you have to get it from an authorized seller and be the first owner for the warranty to be valid. (I did and I am, but they didn't ask.)

Kudos to Uppababy.com.

I agree, they are GREAT :cheerleader1: They've sent me replacement parts twice, overnight. The first time they didn't ask where I bought it or anything (the 2009 had been on the market for 2 weeks, so of course I was the first owner), the second time I did have to send my scanned receipt, but that was it and I got the new canopy the next day.
