Ouch! That sounds terrible!!!

We're waiting for the Army to put us somewhere (<30 days!!!) now I'm adding to TX to my list of places I hope we don't go

Well, they could send you to North Dakota (no offense to anyone living there). You certainly wouldnt see any scorpions up there. :D

Not making fun of you. I know that scorpion stings hurt like he11. My DH once described their bites as "5x worse than a bee sting." Lots of ice and hope you feel better soon.

Ha ha...I would LOVE ND. Seriously...all our places on our wishlist are above the Mason-Dixon line.

Lots of scorpions at the beach. We have a pet chicken to cut down on the scorpion population in the yard and house. She's a good little pet, though I don't know if she's doing much good against the critters.
