Arts/Crafts kits for 3 year old

My daughter really enjoys doing arts/crafts. I am looking for a kit or something of the sort to get her to do during her quiet time, as she no longer naps. Any suggestions/deals?

Would be great if it would also be something 19 month old could participate in.

I got this My First Sticky Mosaics kit for a friend. I have not seen it in person, but it seems simple and she claims her dd liked it.

DD got this for her 3rd birthday and loves it. I'm not sure what's so compelling about rolling up balls of paper and sticking them to the design, but she has a great time with it and it's not messy.

The My first Mosaics and Tissue art are great! I got both of those for DS at about age 2.5. He loved both of them. He couldn't quite do them independently at that age but almost.
