Address marker for a gate?

I'm looking for an address plaque or marker that can be put on an aluminum gate. I've found wall mount and yard mount but nothing for a gate. Anyone feel like seeing if they have better luck? I would love it to be illuminated but will take just a sign at this point. TIA

Coudn't you just buy a wall mount and use cable ties through the screw holes to attach it?
