Removing the cover on a Frontier?

I can't stand dirty seatcovers. We've uninstalled the seat to clean the cover but I can't figure out how to remove the cover from behind the adjustable head guard. It's tucked behind it somehow. (I'm not trying to remove the cover from the head guard, merely the seat cover but it extends up behind the fabric from the head guard.) Any tips?

Just feel around till you feel if there's elastic or hooks or plastic tabs up there that have to be unhooked from the back... I've done it a few times, and honestly can't remember, I always just kind of feel and peel, lol.

I think it's somehow hooked around the headrest? Does that sound right? I can't find the manual right now b/c the house is 1/2 packed so we can move in couple of weeks.
Do I need to remove the headrest?
