1. Today I am making the sweet and sour meatballs and some chicken recipes from "Fix, Freeze, Feast" (the cookbook looks great and can't wait to see if it tastes good)
2. I purchased the 6 o clock scramble and haven't made a thing, so I am going to get that out and pick one.
3. I am going to try making Pumpkin Dump cake this weekend.
4. Fajitas from the October issue of Everday Food on Saturday.
I am trying really hard to get organized and cook with books that I already have or are from the library. I keep on thinking the next cookbook is going to change my life (and clean my house and help me loose weight).
