Anyone had trouble with this retailer? I ordered the Britax Frontier in Cowmooflage on Aug. 11th. Still no seat, still no account status change. Have emailed with no response. Have called with no answer. I know the seat was not even released until September, but I think it was early September, and I expect some sort of answer from their customer service!

Just wondering if you ever got your seat? I'm having the same problem with a Chicco travel system I ordered the first week of September. The first few times I emailed, they DID respond, saying it was still backordered by 2-3 weeks. Now, they've flat out stopped answering.

I got the whole Cortina keyfit 30 system for about $250, so I'd be surprised if I ever actually do get it. With both you and I having the same bad experience, I'm not having high hopes.
