New office gift for DH

DH just got a promotion and a new office comes with it so I want to get him something from the family for it. Picture of us in a frame is already ready to go but I would like something else as well. Ideas for something cool (*not* a post it/pen stand or the like, no games or time wasting things)? I would like to have it personalized and I need it in a week.

No windows and he is in the field a lot so most of his time in there would be for doing paperwork/working on presentations, etc. I suppose I am looking for something classic that will be useful or interesting.
