Can someone please recommend some decent looking yet comfortable "mom shoes"? :) I have 2 kids under 2 and need to be able to get the shoes on/off easily and fast at playdates, Kindermusik, etc. I would like something with a back that I can wear with socks and that will go with casual attire like jeans and long sleeve shirts/sweaters. Right now I have a pair of Born backless clogs that I love but they are many years old and have seen better days, and I need something with a back to them (closed heel) for colder weather. I really don't even care if they are a bit fugly - I am looking for function and comfort! I keep going back to clogs when I search online - are Danskos really worth it? Any other brands to look for?

I wear a variety of shoes, mix it up almost daily. My fall back shoes are New Balance sneakers like this (mine are a subtle neutral metallic):

or ballet flats. I have some heeled boots and such that I do as well. I have some hideous slip ons that my mom gave me and they are so handy but too ugly to wear unless I am super lazy. :)

How about:
