Yes, I think that if all you are planning to pack is what you listed above, the JJB Between would be perfect. I easily packed 2 CDs, change of clothes, snacks, and toys in one - so I'm sure if you weren't packing the clothes/snacks/toys, you could get a few more CDs in it with no problem. It comes with a padded changing pad, the wipes case and wetbag could go in the back pocket (or in the main pocket with the CDs), and the wallet, cell phone, and camera could go in the mommy pocket. I think it would be perfect :)
