Bump in case anyone has had a problem lately.

I am never buying anything from them again. Ordered Trumpette socks on Dec 10th. Half were supposed to be a christmas gift. No notifications, no info, no socks. On the website, it said they'd ship by Jan 5th. Fine. Checked on Jan 8th and still said they were not shipped but Jan 5th was still the date. Emailed them, got some drivel about how they'll ship them as soon as they can. No explanation, nothing else. Finally got the socks on Jan 15th. Can't believe I spent $7.95 shipping for that...
