Quick and easy lasagna

I'm looking for a quick and easy lasagna recipe. I would also like to be able to freeze the lasagna after it has been cooked for quick weeknight meals.

To me lasagna and quick don't go together *so* I make PW's lasagna (I think it's easy) and double it. Freeze one and bake one.
