It's where the clothes, shoes and other assorted merchandise from Nordstroms goes at the end of each season. You can score great deals there on things like True Religion jeans, Tumi, Mini Boden, Dior sunglasses, Quiksilver....those are a few of the treasures I've picked up over the years :D

I LOVE Nordstrom Rack, but I'm going to state that what I just saw online looks more like their normal online sale dept and is not a good representation of the prices I see at my Nordstrom Rack. I love that it's actual marked down items from real stores (not made for like TJ Maxx, Marshalls and other outlets) I get awesome bargains on shoes, underwear, pajamas, clothing.

I am trying to figure out of I order online from the "Rack" section, can I return to a regular Nordstrom store? Can anyone tell, or does anyone know for sure?

All it says is:

OK, I thought I placed an order last night but it looked like it did not go through so I had to call this morning and check. So I asked and the CS told me that the online Rack stuff is supposed to be returned to a Rack store. I told her that really was not clear at all. She said this is the first week and they are still working things out. Anyway, I won't buy much or often if I have to return to the Rack. But I did order some stuff. And not for kids!

If you order a pair of shoes they have free shipping thru Oct 25. That's only ideal if you can return the shoes to a store, though. Or want to keep them!

Most of my order came and it is going back. :( I called a regular Nordstrom store and they said I can return there as long as it is within thirty days. Much better than returning to the Rack, at least for me.

Question about Nordstrom Rack. I have only been one time, picked up some lounge/exercise pants , put them on, and one leg was 6 inches longer than the other. Are seconds normal or was my experience not typical?

I would say not typical. They would take them back though - same great customer service as Nordstrom.
