They carried them in my store last year. I would think that they count as outerwear.

I can't get the OUTER50 code to work on toddler snow pants :( It says it conflicts with a code I'm already using and they are giving me the better deal. The other codes I used were ONTRENDS and ONSUPER50. The ONTRENDS is only on their trends line and didn't affect the snow pants. Any advice? Even if I use other discount codes, I can get snow pants cheaper at Target (checked today, they are $13). Just not sure how the quality compares.

On the other hand, with other coupons I have some adorable flannel dresses, long sleeve tees, and pink polka dot boots in my cart for the girls at pretty good deals :) Now to decide if they actually "need" all of that stuff!
