Am I too old for "destroyed" jeans?

I own these jeans in Worn Midnight & love them. They're super soft and have a lot of stretch too them, but seem to keep their shape. I'd like to get another pair in a lighter color, and my eye keeps going to the "destroyed" ones. Am I too old for these? http://www.ae.com/web/browse/product.jsp?catId=cat90120&productId=0432_7854

Also, feel free to tell me if you think they just look ridiculous. ;) I may just be going overboard because I actually found a pair of jeans that I love!

For the record, I am 37, constantly chasing after DD and 2 dogs.

I think they will be totally cute! If you pull skinny jeans off well then you can rock the destroyed denim! I think they have just the right amout of distressing too so you'll be fine!

Well thank you, but just a mom of one, and they're not skin-tight. But they hug my curves in just the right places and actually look decent (it took months and trying on close to 100 pairs of jeans to find them.)

If you tried on that many pairs to find the perfect pair then you need to go in and buy out the store in the style! :D
