at Drugstore.com. $35, but with code WELCOME20, brings it down to $28 with FS and no tax.

Just got one for DD who has a cold! Will come in handy. We got the elephant...

We have had the Frog and the Dragon. I love these humidifiers. We just bought a new one a little over a month ago, otherwise I would snag another one.

I am not a big fan of the dragon humidifier. I have the penguin in dd's room and love it. My dragon does not produce as much mist as the penguin and sends the mist straight up and back on the furniture it is sitting on. I cover the furniture but it still doesn't seem to work nearly as well as the penguin.

I would like to get another one to replace the dragon I don't like. Does anyone else recommend another animal besides the penguin?

Any feedback on the frog? We purchased it a while back, but haven't used it or taken it out of the box yet.

We have had our blue penguin and green frog for at least 3 years I think. DH loves the penguin because instead of putting the spray straight up into the air it spits it out the penguin's mouth. And he thinks it is easier to clean and refill than the frog. The frog's adjuster seems a bit harder to get just right (like it goes from barely any mist to overpowering and its hard to get it in the middle of those two). I also find it harder to unscrew the cover to refill it, but that's just a minor annoyance.

Debating if I should just look for another penguin or get something else, they have some really cute ones. Both my girls love pink and the youngest saw a pic of the pig and was all excited. Has anyone tried the pig?

I am thinking about getting the elephant, b/c I think the mist comes out of his trunk which would be similar to the mist coming out of the penguin's mouth I think?

Anyone have the elephant?

I've never ordered from drugstore before. How fast do they ship and how do they deal with returns? I was reading over reviews on Amazon and it seems like many people are happy with their machines, but a lot also had duds. Wondering if it would just be better to buy one from Target and if there is a problem I can return for free with no hassle.....

We have the frog and love it. But I agree that its hard to dial it in - it's easy to go from too much mist to not enough. I just bought the cow from Amazon a few weeks ago, which we like so far too.

We have the elephant and yes, the steam shoots out of its trunk. I love that feature. Also, it's easy to clean.

does anyone have the Hello Kitty one? I'm wondering where the mist comes out and if it is as good as the penguin?

There's a check box on the humidifier page that says, "Buy a Crane animal humidifier and get a free replacement filter!" $9.99 value. Make sure you select the check box for the $9.99 freebie.

Thanks to the OP. I've been thinking about getting one of these and was waiting for a deal. I used my drugstore dollars I'd accrued during the Bing blowout, too. Super savings :)

This thread got me researching these. We have had the frog for about 3yrs now for DS1 and now we need one for DS2's room. I found this Thomas the Tank Engine (http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2474552#showReviews)one on sale at BRU online. With shipping it is about $35. Not the best deal, but for a train lover this is pretty cute!

Too funny! I was just looking at the Thomas one myself. DS needs one bad and I thought that one was so cute. Wondering if the free shoprunner program was worth the free trial for a month.

I don't know. I haven't looked at that yet. We have several GC's to BRU from DS2's birth that I might use on Thomas. It isn't the best deal but I don't really need much from there for DS2.

We have the Hello Kitty one--the mist comes out of the ears and goes straight up. We've been happy with it.
