I order from Amazon because I don't need Blue Ray and they said they would charge whatever was their lowest price by they day they ship it out. This is nice because when I ordered it it was $17.xx and I just looked and they had it at the $15.99 price :thumbsup:

I was thinking the same thing. But, I am waiting to see what the Toysrus price will be. I think their new sales cycle starts on Sunday. Maybe they will have the price set at $25 for the week of the release?

I figured I'd check all the ads on Sunday and decide who has the best price/premiums.

I wanted 2 copies of BAB (one for a gift) so I have 2 TS3 preorders. According to SD, it is easy to get a refund of the $5 deposit so I might end up doing that if TRU isn't selling it for less than other places.

SD is speculating $24.99 at Target AND TRU, so I guess it might depend on the "freebies" it might come with.

Is the only flyer from TRU the Big Christmas Book? It doesn't mention the wall clock or the price of the BluRay combo pack? Online it is still showing as $34.99.

Target has it for $24.99 and then one for more that has a free Buzz Lightyear disc holder/toy. I think after the $8 coupon it would be $24.99 if I'm remembering correctly.

CVS has a deal but it is DVD only (with P&G products) and the $8 coupon is not valid on the DVD version only

What the heck? I was hoping for something a little more exciting (i.e. cheaper)!

Anyone see any better scenarios? If I don't do TRU, I have to go get my deposits back.

Anyone else think it is weird that Toysrus hasn't come out with their weekly deals yet?:confused:

The Big Toy book was in the paper, but no weekly deals online or in the newspaper. I am wondering if they still might have a trick (sale price) up their sleeves.

Right now I am contemplating returning my preorder at Toysrus and buying at BestBuy or Target or buying at Toysrus and also buying another Disney movie like Cars.

Toysrus has a Get a $10 gift card for buying over $40 in designated Disney DVDs.

I would get a $10 gift card back, ToyStory Clock and I also believe a ToyStory Popcorn tin (details on the Toy Story page of the big book). That is if I am reading the Toy book deals right and you can stack those deals.

The overall TS3 Blueray pack price would be $17 after the $5 for the preorder, $8 Disney coupon and taking into consideration the 1/2 of the $10 gift card (for buy $40 in Disney movies). And Cars DVD would essentially be $15 after considering the 1/2 the $10 gift card.

So basically, I could get TS3 BlueRay Pack, Cars Blue Ray DVD, the TS clock, and the TS popcorn tin for $32 (with the free gift card value calculated in there). So, $42 dollars pretax at checkout?

Do we really need all the extra stuff though? And am I reading those deals correctly?

Also, my Best Buy is pretty picky about coupons, I don't think they will let me combine 2, but other stores might.

Firefox is a browser, like Internet Explorer or Netscape.

For me, the coupons always say "Unsupported Browser", so I end up having to use IE.

TRU online still is showing it at $34.99 this AM, which I don't get since wouldn't people buy it at Target or Best Buy at $24.99 first? $10 is a BIG difference in price for release day.

I guess I'll stop by and ask and maybe get my deposit refunded if that is the case. I don't want/need the wall clock so that really isn't an incentive for me This is a little annoying.

I really did not pay $10 when I preordered, instead I look a it as getting $5 off BATB amd Toy Story 2. If you preordered it took $10 off.

You can get the DVD (not the BluRay) at CVS for $3.99 when you buy $25 worth of certain P&G products. I needed paper towels anyway......and there are lots of coupons in the P&G insert from the 10/31 paper.

I got 2 packages of paper towels, 3 boxes of Puffs, 2 bottles of Pantene, and the DVD for less than $20 (I rolled in some ECBs that I had).

I also successfully returned the pre-order at TRU today without any trouble. While I was there, I picked up the new coupons at the customer service desk - there was a coupon for 20% off any item. I know those are sometimes hard to find if you are not on the right mailing list so keep an eye out for them if you pop in.

The manager wouldn't even give you back the preorder back either? That's not right. What if you decide later that you want to buy it at TRU. Plus, that's your receipt.

I'm surprise the register says you owe $4.54. I returned my preorder today too with no problems. I actually had a preorder for BB&B that I never used but thought I couldn't return because of the whole $10 disc thing but thought I try it anyways since I was there. They processed the return without a problem.
