An OB who doesn't know what meconium is! Ha!

I'm sitting here watching Bringing Baby Home on TLC, and the mom in this episode is an OB doctor, who says she has delivered hundreds or babies herself, so she thinks she will make a great mom.

So they bring baby home, start to change the diaper, and she starts screaming for her husband to call the Pediatrician, because something is wrong with the baby, she has sticky, tarry, blackish green poop! :ROTFLMAO: Seriously?! She's a doctor, a baby doctor for crying out loud! What do these people learn in medical school, and more importantly, did she not read a single baby care book or take a newborn class at all?

Sorry, I just thought that was pretty nuts...and funny ;).

Geez if I were her patient and saw her on tv I would have some serious reconsideration going on over keeping her as my OB!

And this is why I question the expert nature of all doctors! Gimme a break! We put way too much trust in people!
