Help dress us for a family pic

So, we have the girls' picks taken for their birthdays. DD2 will be turning 1 2wks before xmas so in addition to her 1 yr pic we'll also take a family holiday pick.

I've purchased this dress for DD1:

What should DH and I wear?

I have this in pink bloom that I could wear with grey or black pants:

DH has black and grey dress pants, a pink button down, a grey button down, a black vneck sweater and a grey sweater vest.

I want the combo to look nice all 4 together but also each of us individually with one child (so DH with DD1, DH w/ DD2, etc).

I think I'm going to stay away from a skirt or dress because I'm short, don't have the best legs and since the girls are so small they'll probably have DH and I sit/kneel on the floor.
