I have ordered from zulily a couple of times. I love their product selection. The shipping was a little on the slow side IME, but I have loved my purchases.

I have ordered from them 4 times. Their shipping like many of these sites is not the fastest but I have gotten everything within 3 weeks. I have talked with them as well and have been really pleased with their customer service.

thanks for the responses. i just didnt want another totsy experience! so the have a real customer service representatives and not just an answering machine (totsy). that is great to hear, i hope to find some bargains tomorrow!

They have actual CRs answering the phone and they seem very helpful. I have not gotten my order yet though so I reserve full judgment until then!

I ordered from them three times. Shipping was slow, but otherwise, no complaints. They even took back a maternity dress that was marked final sale when I called to complain about it (worst fitting thing I ever tried on!!). Very good customer service.

I got a jujube diaper bag. It came well packaged and it was a little slow, but I am spoiled by amazon prime. I received it within 2 weeks or so.

I ordered some sleepers from them once, I had no problems but shipping was very slow. One other negative was no returns on my item, and the 12-18 sleepers were too small on my 6-12 sized baby. One thing to note is their process:

So, they don't actually have the item when you order it. The questions around MB & P&T made me think about this.

i am totally fine with the slower shipping becauce they dont carry the inventory. i actually think a lot deal of the day type sites do this, but i just didnt want to order something, except it in 3-4 weeks, get nothing and then spend another 2 months trying to contact the company for a refund.

I just noticed they have a Twirls and Twigs sale right now. We have one of their dresses and LOVE it. I'm tempted to get a couple more. SOOO cute.

I've ordered from them at least 3 times that I can think of and have had no problems. Shipping probably took about 3 weeks.
