best deal on FP Loving Family dollhouse?

I think my parents may get DD a dollhouse for Christmas- we are looking at the Loving Family- anyone know when the best deals may happen? I was thinking of ordering off the FP website- anyone experienced that before??

It's 55 on Amazon right now. Not sure if thats a good price, but I saw it on slickdeals this morning.
