Winter boots?

I can't seem to find decent winter boots anywhere. Last year I bought boots for my girls on sale from Land's End to match their chocolate brown coats. This year, chocolate brown coats again but I can't find any boots to match (brown or pink preferred). A bargain would be great but I'll have to be less picky soon cuz it's getting cold. So, where can I buy warm winter boots that won't leave their feet feeling wet after some play in the snow?
