I am looking at several options for DD, and i am confused, can you guys help me choose a chair? i want a functional chair which is good quality, last a long time--

PBK Anywhere chair--
good i like it
cost-99-129
pay for shipping too

Land of nod--

lots of nice designs-like it-looks bigger than pbk chair
cost--99
free shipping
cover cant be washed (dry clean only--not good)

rocker-chair--cost-110
nice reviews--but all from grandparents who bought for their grandkids--not sure if they know how it is used, liked by children. does anyone have it? do you like it?

my concerns--1) it is made of wood--will it be comfortable for kids? soft on their butt? will my DD like to sit in it or since hard pass it up?
2) can the rocking part be locked? what if she does not want to rock and just sit can the mecjanism be locked?

Montana kids chair--
http://cgi.ebay.com/MONTANA-CHILDS-R...item27b5ea2782

really like it, option of sending my own fabric to make a customised chair.
cost--$100
cons--cover cant be washed, for those of you have chairs with non-removable covers, how bad is it?
2) can the rocking part be locked? what if she does not want to rock and just sit can the mecjanism be locked?

Just to add one to the mix - we have this one: http://www.toddlerock.com/Chairs.htm

I didn't put the rockers on it, but we LOVE it. DS1 still sits in it daily at 4 yo. DS2, not so much...but he's much more of a lap kiddo, he doesn't want to sit in any chair that I'm not sitting in, LOL!

It doesn't have a removable cover but it's held up great...looks pretty much brand new and we've had it for 3 years now.
