So DH came across this: http://gymbox.co.il/len/index.php?sid=1889 an at home foam play gym... alas it's a thousand dollars. a bit much then we'd ever want to spend. However DH can't get the bee out of his bonnet and so I'm curious to know if any know knows of a good foam gym set that doesn't cost a fortune.... say under $200?

We don't have anything that big or exciting, but we do have a small foam playset for DS made by Wesco and I can recommend their products. And their prices seem to be among the more reasonable for this type of stuff. We have this one (although we found it cheaper at one of the CSN stores last year):

DS has gotten a lot of use out of it and still enjoys climbing over it and running his cars down the ramp. However, I think he's close to outgrowing it, so you'd probably want a bigger set. If we had the room, we would have simply gotten a kangaroo climber or something like that, but we live in a small apartment and with these we can put them away in closet.

I'd worry that a two year old would get bored of a foam gym (at least, the smaller, more affordable sets) really quickly.

What about a climber? When my oldest was little, we had one of the giant climbers in our playroom (we'd never have the space for it now with more kids, ha). You could get something small like the Koala Climber, I think they're only about $100.
