I've seen a coupon floating around for 20% off at Carter's... does anyone know if there are better deals to be had on their fleece footed baby pajamas?

I went to my local Carter's yesterday and they have the fleece pajamas without the feet for $6. I believe it was Newborn through 24 month sizes. There was a sign saying they were a doorbuster. We use those and just put socks on our little guy.

I would say Kohls since they are always on sale and if you use a 30% off coupon then it's a great deal.

Any idea how much the footed ones were? I see they are having a big sale this weekend... wonder if when they say "this weekend" they also include today?

Are the Kohls 30% off coupons easy to get? I don't have a kohl's card but I'm thinking maybe I should get one just to get their sales.

The ones with feet were 50% off I believe.

Usually the 30% off is for Kohls card members, but sometimes non cardholders can use it too (usually online only though). They send coupons out for cardholders every month that vary between 15, 20, and 30% off. Costco also sells the Carter's fleece footed sleepers also for $7.50. Pretty good deal if you need them now.

I have seen them at Marshalls and TJ Maxx pretty cheap too. I think around 7 dollars.

:yeahthat: We always buy PJs at Costco. The best price around that I've seen by a long shot.

Last year and this year I bought them online at Kohl's for $5.60 each. They were regularly $20 on sale for $9 and then with the 30% online code (Kohl's card members) they went down to $5.60, which helps when I bought 14 pairs (twins and laundry once a week).

I've found that Costco seems to have the best deal- i think they were 7.00 for the newborn and toddler sizes.

I pay $5-6 for new ones by shopping Carter's online with a good coupon code (there was one a few months back) or buying at Kohls with a 30% coupon code.

I also find gently used ones all the time at consignment sales and stores for $2-3 each.

I bought a bunch for only $4.50 a piece plus free shipping when Carters.com had that amazing coupon stacking that someone here posted about. I believe Costco sells them for $7.50.

:yeahthat: last weekend at Costco i snagged a pair of Carter's footed fleece pjs in 18mo size for my DS and they were only $7. i like that the fleece is not too thick. anyway they had lots of boy prints...monkeys, dump trucks, dinosaurs. they had infant sizes (3mo, 6mo etc) as well as toddler sizes too..saw lots of 2t and 3t. i only bought one, i would have bought more but i'm sticking to the hanna zippers + socks for the most part so they'll last longer... sadly my DS is outgrowing the footed sleepers waay too fast.

I have bought the Carter's brand sleepers at Target and Walmart and find they are just as thick. They are usually ~$6.

eBay is my favorite place to get Carter's fleece PJs!

Thanks so much for all the replies! I made a trip to the Carter's in the next town over and was able to get some for just under $7. I've never been to a Carter's store and I was overwhelmed with how many awesome clothes they had. Wow, cute stuff!

When I was there I realized that the ones I want are actually called "Sleep and Plays" and I like the ones that zip toe to head (fleece). Turns out they only had like 3 styles of the zip up fleece once with feet. Now I'm thinking I may need to try to find another brand that meets my criteria:

1. fleece
2. feet
3. zip up
4. inexpensive

They're usually just called fleece footed sleepers and you can find them at Gap, Old Navy, and The Children's Place as well.

Sams has some in addition to Costco, although Sam's only went to 4T and I got a 5T at Costco. I try to pick up some at consignment sales for $1-3 also. I have to say, though that the TCP ones seem to pill less IME.

If you buy used Carter's, be sure you do not get the ones with the block tagless label. The ones from Fall 2007 caused chemical burns/rashes and Carter's refunded all those items for those who sent them in.
