First National Bank

We are looking to refinance our house and I sent a mail to Lending Tree. I have had a ton of emails from different ip addresses (none saying First National Bank) all saying they are from First National Bank and all saying they have the best rates/deals. I 'm not sure if I should be suspicious or if they are all just individuals competing for business from Lending Tree.
Anyone know anything about them or the process........or can recommend the best place to get best deal/quality for a refi. mortgage?

I recommend letting your current mortgage holder know that you are shopping for a refi and see what they can offer. THey may (or may not) be able to be more competitive to "keep" your business.
