Does Lee Valley ever put out coupons?

I'm starting to think about Christmas shopping--aiiiigh!--and wondered if leevalley.com ever puts out coupons?? My person to give to this year is my BIL, and this would be perfect for him. Their quality is amazing.

DH says that they do free shipping about twice a year, but he doesn't remember any discount codes.

occasionally fee shipping but can't remember when. sign up for their newsletter to get notified

Every now and then they do f/s w/in Canada with a reduction on the US shipping cost. But I've never seen actual coupons. The only time I've ever gotten a discount was when my SIL worked there one holiday season :)
