Does anyone know if you can use the tray table on a plane with a Combi Coccoro FFing?

This is a follow up post about a car seat for a plane. I have eliminated the scenara because of the tray issue. I cannot seem to find info on whether Coccoro lets you use a tray table while FFing. This car seat will be used in our 2nd car once our travel is over.
