T-shirt/pillowcase dress tutorial?

I know I've seen this somewhere but I cannot find it. I've been making pillowcase dresses, but somewhere I saw a tutorial for a dress made with a purchased t-shirt on top and a pillowcase as the skirt. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I'd love any links to photos, tutorials, instructions. I can't seem to find what I found before. Thank you!!!
