I ordered on Oct 31 to get the double points. Points aren't credited until after it ships, so I didn't get double points. I called this morning and it was fixed easily, but he did say that it's a system issue that they aren't credited until the order ships. So, if you ordered near the end of the month, take a look and make sure yours are doubled.
