I love the Land's End boots and they had some for 14.99 in their overstock section for the last month. Not sure what sizes are left though.

I got some nice Kamik boots from Marshalls for $29.99, they also had some Columbia and Khombu boots for less...I think $24.99 and $19.99.

Target has Circo brand toddler snow boots for $14.99.

We LOVED the Target circo boots - wide enough for heavy socks and very flexible so my little ones could actually walk in them! We found alot of boots too stiff and rigid. I've actually bought quite a few of these over the years in different sizes as we grow..... but buy early - they always seem to sell out!

We LOVE the Target ones too! Ds wore them last winter and I just ordered another pair for this winter.
