WWYD - ds still sick after 10 days of antibiotics

should I take him back to the dr. or just wait a few days and see if he gets better. He took all but 1 dose of the medicine and did get better but now sounds like he is back to where he started from. Its a cough, sore throat and a sinus infection but no fever. Ds is not misserable which is how I usualy tell if they need to be seen by a dr. Should I just wait a few days or bring him in now.

ds is 7.

May need another round of a different antibiotic. If it's just a cough, then that can hang around for a long while.

I'd take him back in. He may need a different med or more testing to see if something else (pneumonia, bronchitis, etc...) has developed.

Hope he feels better soon.
