While at a friends house, my son loved playing with his friends Playskool Remote control car(this one: Tonka Playskool Bounce Back Car (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00305H3W0/ref=s9_simh_gw_p21_d0_i1?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=09SN269FCRGBC3B063ZH&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=470938631&pf_rd_i=507846))
The problem is that this car gets horrible reviews on Amazon so I am hesitant to buy it.
Any recs for a good remote control car for a 3 year old?

Funny you posted this. I have been thinking about writing the same post for 3 year old DD who is wanting a remote control car "with lots of buttons" for Christmas.

You could try one of the Morphibian cars (http://www.amazon.com/Kid-Galaxy-Morphibians-Control-Vehicle/dp/B0009ICKBU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1289350752&sr=8-1). I only posted one link but there are several colors/styles available. The age range is for 5+ but a 3 year old could probably manage to drive it. It's the only remote control car that my boys (ages 8 and 5) haven't destroyed within a few weeks. Well, the "preschool" R/C stuff held up but they barely played with those cars because they can only go backwards/forwards and my boys wanted a car that could really steer.
