Tea Collection Codes???

I searched the forums here, but couldn't find any recent Tea Collection codes. A colleague is looking to purchase a few sets for her daughters. Any ideas where she can get the best deals? Is she better off waiting until closer to the holidays? We live in Wisconsin, so there are no Nordstrom's close...or any other great stores:banghead: So we pretty much need to rely on the Internet.
