Jack and Lily boots at Costco

I just got a pair of these from costco for $18.99, they had cream, pink and a dark brown in various sizes. item # 523166

Where did you see these? I checked by the kids clothes today and didn't see them at my Costco.

adjacent to the clothes, adults boots/shoes. not all costco's had them, in the bay area about 5 of them did.
