Help with Eddie Bauer F&F

So I am trying to use the EB F&F code to save 30% off a pair of gloves for DH. The shipping and separate handling fee are almost as much as I saved with the 30% off. Is there any way to get free shipping along with this? It seems you can only use one code at a time.

If you call from their store you get free shipping, which defeats the purpose of ordering online.
