I made a crustless quiche this morning in a 9 x 11 dish. We're not eating it until tomorrow morning. I usually reheat things in the microwave, but this dish won't fit.

So, if I reheat it in the oven, approx how long should it take, and at what temp? I don't want to dry it out, but do want to serve it nice and hot. I know it sounds like a simple question, I've just never done it before!!

I would think preheating your oven to 300 degrees and putting the quiche in for maybe 10 minutes should work.

I would put the dish in the cold oven and then turn it on--let them warm up at the same time. It's more likely to take 30 minutes than 10 though. Test the temperature in the center before serving.
