Baking soda and water isn't doing the job.
12 hours of taking care of DD and DH and it's still coming :barf: Now, where did I put my nurse's cap?
TIA!

How big an area? You may just want to hire carpet cleaners.

Have you tried vinegar and baking soda? That's pretty much been our go to solution. First I cover the space with baking soda, then pour on vingear. It reacts and I let it sit and bubble/fizz. Then dab it up wiith paper towels and rinse the space with water. I just started sucking up the water with a little handheld carpet cleaner and that works well if you have one around.

Soak (I mean really soak) the area with any enzyme cleaner/solution. If you have a steamer vac, you can follow up with a quick clean to suck up any solution.

This. (Or probably any enzyme cleaner). SOAK the carpet - down to the pad. Let it sit for several hours, then sop it up. Scrub for any stains (soaking alone will get rid of the smell).
