Help! Can't Open Munchkin Mesh Feeder

What's the best way to get the mesh feeder open? I have a brand new one and CAN NOT open it. Maybe they become easier to open with use?? (I can see how it's supposed to open, I am just unable to squeeze hard enough to push it open)

It is a pain to open but it does get easier. Personally, I have the Munchkin brand and I am not a fan. I like the brand with the green top and white bags much better (can't remember the name of the top of my head) as they are much easier to clean, take apart etc.

I have two and they are a pain. Its only worse when they are dirty and slimy with food/slobber. I keep pliers in the junk drawer. They do seem to be getting easier with time.

Those are the ones I was trying to think of with the green top and white bag. Soooooo much better than the Munchkin brand ones.

These are the ones we used, too. Never had a problem opening them. I think you can get them on Amazon as well.

After I washed it in the dishwasher, it was easier to use. I bought munckin cause a friend preferred them to the others out there. Doesn't really matter because I don't thing DD likes it anyway.

You have to squeeze the buttons and unscrew it. Wasn't sure if you knew about the unscrewing part. It is a pain, but does get easier.
