HELP....instead of losing 5lbs, I've put on 5lbs and I do not fit any of my summer shorts. I'll be in tropical Australia in 4 weeks, and I need to have summer clothes to wear.

I'm going to hit the exercise machines and the gym to hopefully drop some of the 5 lbs...but I think I need to find a couple of summery dresses or another skirt..

I'm 5' 3", very pear shaped...

Thanks.

Can't go wrong with the Old Navy roll over skirt (Athleta has them for more $$ if you want slightly better quality):

Or maybe travel smith, they carry all different weather stuff year-round.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Some of those dresses were super cute, but not in my size - as to be expected when you try to buy summer in sales section when it's now winter! I wished I realised this was going to be a problem a couple of months ago. I would have had a lot more options.

I ordered the ON skirts and a dress from Athleta, and fingers crossed they will work. I do have another skirt, dress and cropped pants that should all be fine. It will very very hot at my parents, and they don't have AC, so when we're at home I'll just wear a sarong tied as a skirt and a tank top. I'll have enough for wearing out and about - it's super casual environment. And my mother does a load of laundry a day, so I should be fine.

I'll also get exercising to hopefully drop a few pounds, so everything I have will fit me a little better.

The ON rollover skirt is nice and should be forgiving. Cute with a fitted t. Maybe check Target.com to see if they have any summer stuff. They also have some cute, cotton summer skirts similar to the ON one.
