A new positive for diapers.com.
There was a glitch with the britax codes stacking so that Britax carseats ended up being 45% off for a day if you stacked two codes. Diapers.com honored all the orders that were placed before they fixed the glitch.
Most retailers would say it was a glitch and would not honor the order (like target with the marathons being priced wrong on their site last year and walmart with the snugrides earlier this year being priced wrong), but not diapers.com, they honored the price and shipped every order. Mine is arriving today.
The same thing happened last year when radians were mispriced on the site. They honored every order that was placed.
They also price match.
So while sometimes I am frustrated with me, this instance alone will remind me why I continue to shop with them.
I only hope that their customer service like this and price matching continues as they transition to ownership by amazon.
