I saw a friend's baby in a RF Radian with the straps way up high. I debated about saying anything but she asked me something today and it sort of gave me a good way to mention that they needed to be below the shoulders and so I did mention it. She was thankful and checked her manual to make sure I was right and "sho nuff" (as she said via IM ;)) I was right.
Baby R will now be riding safer, thanks to the BBB knowledge!

Woohoo!

I did a FB drive by as well and I was super nice about it. The chest clip was down by the belly. The mommy thanked me and said she would fix it. :)
