DD1 (2.5) loves loves loves Tinkerbell right now and she wants a Tinkerbell toy of somekind sooooooo badly, but all of the toys are 4+. And I'm not sure I'm ready to get into the whole commercialism (sp?) of fairies and princesses yet (sorry if this isn't the right phrasing....my mommy brain is fried right now)

So anyways................I would love to get DD1 something fairy related for Christmas. I know that fisherprice makes a fairy toy..............but does anyone else have something their DD likes to play with that is a fairy toy??

I've seen this stuff, but I know nothing about it.

Magic Cabin has fairy dollhouse dolls, a Tinkerbell puppet in their Peter Pan puppet collection, holiday themed fairies and seasonal themed fairies.

They do have age ratings, but you're the one who knows your DD best, so maybe you can make your own calls on these? They are on the side of spendy, but at least they aren't movie tie-ins and stuff.

This should be a link to their "everything fairies" pre-sort:

We had the first link you have. Oddly, it was made by Step 2, 2 years ago! But, it was hard to play with and get inside, etc. It didn't get much love at all and it got sold last month.

DD has these plush dolls for many princesses and loves them. All one piece, so no clothes to change, makes me happy. http://www.disneystore.com/tinker-bell-plush-doll/mp/1247953/1000267/

Those look so cute! No direct experience of them but I wanted to say that the Early Learning Centre is a well respected British chain, so I'm sure the quality would be fine if that was a concern.
