FYI: I ordered a pump from them last week and was informed that I would receive an email with confirmation and invoice - never received it. Just spoke with someone who remembered me (not many people have orders shipped overseas) and gave me my confirmation number again; but didn't have tracking information anymore - said she didn't know what she may have done with it, but was confident that it did get shipped. She stated that they're undergoing construction right now...
So, for anyone who will be ordering from them in the near future - just check on them!
Will let you know once I've received my order!

soon after i put this post up, i received an email from the company with my tracking information and my pump came in few days later! woohoo!
i would still recommend to follow-up with them (better than i did) if they say they will be emailing you...
