I've been using a shampoo bar and while I love the fact that it's chemical free it does leave my really long/color treated hair a teensy bit dry so I grabbed for my Redken Smooth Down http://www.redken.com/products/haircare/smooth-down/smooth-down-heat-glide. Three squirts (which is a *really* small amount), rubbed it into my hands and into my damp hair. Blew it dry and voila! Silky hair!!
It is designed to use on dry hair but it's magical on damp hair with no added weight. And no..I'm not even looking at the ingredient list on the Smooth Down ;)
Dd1 has a cowlick near the crown of her head and this method is keeping her hair tamed/lying flat. Bonus.
